Jodi Aschoff

Jodi Ashoff joined Lifeworks in July 2019 as a Service Coordinator. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human services and has a minor in disability studies. Jodi also has an associate’s degree in early childhood education. Prior to Lifeworks, Jodi was a director at a leading child care center in the Twin Cities.

Jodi lives in Rosemount with her husband and three children. Her personal experience with people who have disabilities have led Jodi to actively work to make her community an inclusive space for everyone. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys listening to music, spending time on the water, and visiting with friends and family.

Jamie Kauppi

Jamie Kauppi worked for Lifeworks from 2011-2014 and returned to the organization in July 2019. In between that time, Jamie spent five years as a Senior Residential Supervisor providing direct support. With more than a decade of experience serving people with disabilities, he is passionate about helping individuals live their best life.

When he is not working, Jamie likes to spend time with his wife and two children eating Thai food, enjoying the outdoors, playing music – and watching his favorite television shows, The Office, and Parks and Recreation, on repeat.
