Lynae Greenebaum

Lynae Greenebaum formerly worked as a service facilitator at Lifeworks Burnsville (now Lifeworks Apple Valley). She continued her career in social services working with children, families, and adults. She returned to Lifeworks in August 2016 and now serves as a service coordinator for Fiscal Support.

Lynae is passionate about working with families and assisting them in getting the services that they need. She enjoys meeting and getting to know the families that we serve.

In her free time, she enjoys running and has completed a half marathon, 15K, 10K, and multiple 5Ks. She enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spends a lot of her time watching her children play sports and just being with her family.

Kelsey Kostohryz

Kelsey Kostohryz began working with Lifeworks in August of 2018. Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and will be resuming her pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management. Kelsey has been working in the human services field for over 17 years and has experience with Geriatrics, Self-Directed Services, PCA, as well as 245D Basic and Intensive Services.

Kelsey lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and four sons; they enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and kayaking. Kelsey is an active member of the Foster to Adopt Community.

Julie Reinhardt started working at Lifeworks in 2007 as a direct support professional and earned her degree in psychology after graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2013.

As a fiscal administration supervisor, Julie is passionate about supporting families. When she’s not at work, she enjoys going to her cabin, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

With more than a decade of experience serving people with disabilities, he is passionate about helping individuals live their best life.

When he is not working, Jamie likes to spend time with his wife and two children eating Thai food, enjoying the outdoors, playing music – and watching his favorite television shows, The Office, and Parks and Recreation, on repeat.

Ann Ewert

Ann Ewert has worked at Lifeworks for more than a decade. She first began her career with us as a service facilitator before joining our fiscal support team in 2010. Ann provides support to individuals and families utilizing the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. Outside of Lifeworks, Ann likes to spend time with her family and loves to be outdoors.

Meghan Krinke

Meghan began her career providing direct support at Lifeworks Eagan in June 2016. She is currently working towards a degree in human services through Rasmussen College. Meghan was promoted to a Service Coordinator in July 2019 where she helps families who use the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and the Consumer Support Grant (CSG) services.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and taking her daughters to the beach on the St. Croix River.

Cindy Mooers

After joining Lifeworks, Cindy Mooers quickly demonstrated her strong sense of commitment and hard work. She is excited to help connect clients to resources that will enhance their lives. In her free time, Cindy likes to camp and hike, especially in Minnesota State Parks. She has camped and canoed in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness three times, and thoroughly enjoys spending time in nature.

Before coming to Lifeworks, Emily was a program coordinator at REM Hennepin where she worked with people with disabilities for six years.

When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys watching and going to sporting events and spending time with family.

Mikaela Weber has been with Lifeworks for five years. She stumbled upon the opportunity to work with Lifeworks Services, Inc. in a temporary position. When the opportunity arose to become a full-time staff, she couldn’t pass it up. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, a good book or an entertaining movie.

Sarah Bass

Sarah Bass comes to Lifeworks from the education world as former middle school teacher. She has been in the Human Resources department for over two years helping families navigate the new-hire process for employees. Providing the best possible customer service is always a priority. Family life, kids, sports and cabin fill her down time outside of work.

Julie’s first employment with Lifeworks began in 2009 as a Payroll Processor, where she spent three years. A move to another city interrupted her career here, but after two years she returned and felt very fortunate to come back to a job in Accounts Receivable for two years. Opportunity presented itself once again, and she now serves as support for our Fiscal Human Resources.

In her free time she enjoys singing with her church group, working in the garden, taking care of her pets, and spending time with her husband.
